A poor assessment is not meant to discourage the Subscriber or indicative of the results that the Subscriber is likely to achieve in any Admission, in which the Subscriber may subsequently appear, nor does a high score necessarily guarantee success in such subsequent examinations. www.GetAdmission.in accepts no liability on this account. The result and or output generated through this Web Site are based on the information (e.g. Marks, Merit Number, Gender, etc.) provided by the user. The user is responsible and liable for the correctness of the information provided by him/her. The Web Site is only meant to provide help and guideline to the users (Student) regarding the allotment process and filling up the choice code for various rounds of the allotment. However www.GetAdmission.in site does not assure or guarantee any seat or admission to any College or Degree.

It is the user’s responsibility to refer to the currently prevalent terms and/or any change or addition to the same while accessing the Site.
GetAdmission Payments by subscriber to www.GetAdmission.in may be made through an electronic and automated collection. The Payment Gateway service is provided to you in order to facilitate access to view and pay your GetAdmission Fees online. www.GetAdmission.in makes no representation of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Payment Gateway. You expressly agree that your use of this online payment service is entirely at your own risk. No liability whatsoever for any damage suffered by you on account of (i) the theft of any data or Bank information transmitted to other website in connection with use of the Payment Gateway; or (ii) any interruption or errors in the operation of the Payment Gateway.
The use of www.GetAdmission.in service by any Subscriber is subject to the following Terms and Conditions mentioned hereunder. The Subscriber shall be provided a unique User id and password in case of online access and an activation code in case of offline products. Subscriber hereby acknowledges that in exercising the right to use his account, the Subscriber is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Subscriber’s password and account. The Subscriber shall ensure that the Subscriber exits from the account at the end of each session by signing out. www.GetAdmission.in takes no responsibility and shall stand totally indemnified by the Subscriber for any or all consequences caused by any unauthorized use of the Subscriber‘s account by any third-party.
The Subscriber agrees to immediately notify www.GetAdmission.in of any unauthorized use of the Subscriber‘s password or account or any other breach of security, The Subscriber agrees to provide www.GetAdmission.in current, complete, and accurate registration information as prompted by The Site and to maintain and update this information at all times as required to keep it current, complete and accurate.
All the contents of the Service are only for general information or use. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making (or refraining from making) any decision. The subscription is for a fixed period and ends on the last day of MHTCET – 2019 exams. Moreover, whenever a Subscriber enrolls by agreeing to subscribe to the Service choosing payment gateway as the mode of payment, Subscriber shall authorize www.GetAdmission.in to realize the full fee for the Service in advance. The Site will commence service only after due realization of payment. While every endeavor shall be made to start the Service to the Subscriber as early as possible upon realization of the full payment. www.GetAdmission.in shall not be liable for any damages should a delay inevitably occurs.
www.GetAdmission.in reserves the right, to suspend or terminate the Services at any time in its sole discretion in case any difficulty is encountered in its realization of the full value of the Fees payable.
The violation of any of the terms and conditions by the Subscriber shall be adequate grounds for cancellation of the Service, and no liability shall be fall on www.GetAdmission.in to refund the fees already paid, either in full or in part. In case of more than one payment for the same transaction and if the claim is found valid and amount received as well, www.GetAdmission.in will be refund the excess received amount through electronic mode on the same original payment gateway, from which the payment has been made, within a period of 7-10 working days. However once the payment has been realized no refund / cancellation will be made on any ground, including non-usage of the Service.
The information from or through the Service is provided on “as is” basis. www.GetAdmission.in and their parent organizations, affiliates , associates and permitted assigns shall not be liable, at any time for damages arising from sudden change / addition in the Category wise reservation, announcement or from any action taken (or refrained from being taken) as a result of using the Service or any such contents or for any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or through downloadable material and or software(s) and tools, computer virus, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of information contained on the Service. No representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever are made as to the accuracy, adequacy, reliability, completeness, suitability or applicability of the information to a particular situation. GetAdmission Service, reserves the right to use your analysis results and other required information for our Associates & company promotional activities. In our efforts to continually improve our service offerings, we collect and analyze demographic and profile data about our users’ activity on www.GetAdmission.in.

In addition to a normal Computer System and necessary hardware, Subscribers are required to have an installed working copy of latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla firefox or any other compatible web browser. The web pages are not guaranteed to display in any other format. Further, the Subscriber is advised to install such other software in the Subscriber’s Computer software as demanded by the changing technologies, in order to be able to download the contents from the Site from time to time.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WWW.GETADMISSION.IN BE LIABLE TO THE SUBSCRIBER FOR ANY DAMAGES, SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, LOST TIME OR OPPORTUNITIES, PROFITS, OR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF CLAIM AND EVEN IF WWW.GETADMISSION.IN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this Agreement. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. www.GetAdmission.in reserves the right to add to or change/modify the terms of this Agreement. Such Changes / Modifications would be made by www.GetAdmission.in after the first posting them at the Site. The Subscriber shall be deemed to have accepted them if the Subscriber continues to access the Site thereafter.
